ISS Athletes at East-West All-Star Girls Basketball Game

Sisters Alexis and Samantha Shehan from 4A state champion Lake Norman represented Iredell Statesville.

Alexis led all scorers in the game with 21 points. She also added seven rebounds and three steals. Samantha scored seven points and recorded 10 rebounds. The Shehan sisters will play college basketball at Kentucky Wesleyan next season.

The East-West All-Star Games are an annual event that puts some of North Carolina’s top graduating seniors from the East against the West. Players are nominated by their high school coaches, then selected by the all-star coaches.

The 2025 East-West All-Star Game was played at the Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse.
