Jordan Patterson of West Iredell scored 19 points for the West. He was selected for the game after averaging 30 points per game this past season. Patterson will play college basketball at Lees-McRae.
The East-West All-Star Games are an annual event that puts some of North Carolina’s top graduating seniors from the East against the West. Players are nominated by their high school coaches, then selected by the all-star coaches.
The 2025 East-West All-Star Game was played at the Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse.
